Mini Ocean Observer Program
The Mini Ocean Observer program is a Tidelands Public Trust-aligned environmental education initiative that connects 50 Los Angeles youth directly to the coastal and marine resources of the Port of Los Angeles, San Pedro Bay, and the LA Waterfront.
